In this video you can enjoy the cab ride on Slovenia and Croatia Railways train between Ljubljana and Zagreb. The video is filmed in 4K/60 frames per second. This line runs on Dobova–Ljubljana Railway in Slovenia and M101 railway in Croatia. Dobova–Ljubljana Railway line is a 114.7-kilometre long double-tracked railway line in Slovenia, which is operated by Slovenske železnice. It is electrified with 3 kV DC from Ljubljana to Dobova and 25 kV AC from Dobova to the national border, where it connects to Croatian railway network, specifically the M101 line extending to Zagreb. The railway line follows the Sava Valley and is integral part of Pan-European Corridor X, running from Salzburg through Ljubljana and Zagreb towards Skopje and Thessaloniki. It was the route of the Orient Express service from 1919 to 1977. The state border–Savski Marof–Zagreb Glavni kolodvor railway (Croatian: Pruga državna granica–Savski Marof-Zagreb Glavni kolodvor), officially designated as the M101 railway, is a 26.709-kilometre (16.596 mi) railway line in Croatia, connecting the nation's capital Zagreb and its main railway station to the Slovene railway network west of Savski Marof and further on with Ljubljana. Its route follows the Sava Valley. It is an integral part of the Pan-European Corridor X running from Salzburg and Ljubljana towards Skopje and Thessaloniki. The line is electrified and double-tracked.The line is used for passenger (urban-suburban, regional and international) and freight traffic. From 2018 to 2021, the complete section between stations Zaprešić (excluded) and Zabok was modernized/reconstructed, which resulted in splitting of almost all direct passenger lines Zagreb - Zabok - Varaždin - (Čakovec - Kotoriba) in two. The EMU trains started to cover mostly all lines between Zagreb and Zabok. Please note that the speed data is GPS based and can be very inaccurate. It might indicate a different speed than the actual speed.
